Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform maintenance across the apartment community and support the Maintenance Supervisor in managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs. The role involves carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repairs to keep the property up to standards.

You will respond to service requests promptly, assist with resident functions, and contribute to ongoing community preservation efforts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
