Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties at the Glen Oaks community. You will assist the Service Manager and help manage the maintenance program to ensure timely completion of service requests.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, holds an A/C certification, and can work a flexible schedule including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
