Job summary

Cottonwood Residential in Frisco, TX is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to service our properties, performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry while ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship.

Applicants must have English proficiency, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. A valid driver’s license is required to join our team and help keep residents safe and comfortable at Home at Last.

Qualifications

• English ability to read, write, and speak for customer interaction and paperwork.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and be on-call after hours.
• Carry out repairs including plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• EPA Type II or Universal, CPO, and valid driver’s license are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds.
• Provide after-hours emergency service with Service Manager support.
• Communicate effectively with customers and follow company procedures.
