Job summary

Diamond Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property health and upkeep. You will work closely with the on-site manager to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and timely make-readies for vacant units across multiple properties.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, snow removal in winter, routine inspections, coordinating with vendors, and responding to emergencies. Must be able to lift heavy items and operate tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Related skills in maintaining an apartment complex: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills, time management, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Complete work order requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Make vacant units rent ready promptly.
• Remove snow from walkways in winter using blowers and shovels.
• Perform general preventive maintenance and upkeep of grounds and facilities.
• Handle various facility maintenance tasks and procedures.
• Conduct daily maintenance of all common areas.
• Develop and monitor inventory system for parts and supplies.
• Complete regular inspections per city, state, and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for work beyond on-site capability.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.
• Work under the Regional Manager's direction.
