Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Goshen Estates property in Augusta, GA. This full-time role focuses on keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained, with hands-on responsibilities across systems and equipment.

You will perform routine repairs, respond to service requests, and collaborate with staff to meet resident needs. A minimum of 1 year in apartment maintenance and HVAC/plumbing knowledge are preferred, with opportunities for growth through a defined career

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance.
• HVAC experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of the property’s equipment, systems, and facilities. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and addressing issues to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the property.
