The Westover Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Middle River, MD. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance on units and common areas, address service requests, and support on-call rotations to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will be proficient with hand and power tools, capable of diagnosing HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while upholding company safety

Qualifications

• Safe use of standard hand and power tools.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Comfort handling routine maintenance tasks and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on units and common areas.
• Complete service requests and turnovers.
• Share on-call responsibilities and respond promptly.
