Job summary
Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for Arella on Jones, a 229-unit community. You will assist with daily service requests, unit make-readies, and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pool upkeep.
You'll work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician, help maintain a safe, clean community, and participate in on-call rotations. A positive team player with tools and a valid license is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years apartment maintenance experience in multifamily properties (REQUIRED).
- Valid HVAC License REQUIRED.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools and general repairs.
- Solid troubleshooting and time-management abilities.
- Personal set of basic hand tools required.
- Willingness to work on-call as scheduled.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
