Job summary

RichSmith Management is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Service Technician for our Cabot, AR community. You will maintain the property, respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and housekeeping.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certification, pool maintenance experience, and at least three years of related work. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• HVAC or EPA certification required or preferred.
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform overhead tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Perform pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance daily.
• Complete turnkey work in vacant apartments.
• Coordinate with vendors and the Community Director for housekeeping and repairs.
• Ensure the maintenance shop is organized and stocked.
• Be on-call for 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
• Utilize HVAC experience to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
