Job summary

Marquette Management, Inc. seeks a Service Manager to lead a maintenance team in delivering a clean, well-maintained living environment for residents.

The role covers repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant unit preparation, snow and trash removal, and on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience in apartments or hotels, strong leadership and customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge; HVAC certification, plumbing, electrical, and appliance

Qualifications

• The candidate must have maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry.
• Strong leadership, customer service and general computer knowledge.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns.

Responsibilities

• General repairs to apartments and common areas of the buildings and grounds.
• Vacant apartment preparation.
• Snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping.
• Ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, moving appliances and other related duties.
