Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support the Las Vegas area. The technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor in all tasks necessary to operate an apartment community efficiently.

Responsibilities include overall maintenance of the community and grounds, turnover work in vacant units, timely completion of work orders, and maintaining curb appeal in common areas. A minimum of 1 year in property management maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-trade maintenance across building systems.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Proactive problem-solver with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and facilities to high standards.
• Complete turnover work in vacant units (painting, maintenance, etc.).
• Respond to work requests promptly and document outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of common areas.
