Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC in Columbia, SC is seeking a Service Technician to assist in preserving and maintaining community facilities and grounds to keep them safe and attractive for residents and prospective residents.

The role includes servicing residents, repairing vacant apartments, supporting projects, completing service requests and preventive maintenance, and handling on-call duties. It also covers interior painting of buildings and amenities.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years related experience at an apartment community and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provides repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner.
• Completes preventive maintenance checklist.
• Performs on-call duty for emergency or when assigned.
• Responsible for interior painting of buildings and amenities.
