Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a customer-focused approach. A valid driver's license is required, with a five-day schedule and rotating on-call duties.

• Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property.

• Previous apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems
• Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents
