Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or facilities maintenance is a strong foundation. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position includes a five-day schedule with on-call after hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems.
• Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents.
