Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Prepare apartments for move-in (make readies, punch work).
• Handle general repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction.
• Maintain community grounds and assist with debris removal.
• Support larger maintenance projects as needed.
