Job summary

LR Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Michigan portfolio. You'll perform general apartment maintenance, complete preventative tasks, and respond to service requests, helping keep resident satisfaction high.

Excellent candidates have 1–3 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Weekend availability and on-call readiness are required; HS diploma or GED preferred. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on-call.

Responsibilities

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Move in/move out inspections.
• Maintain inventory of parts.
• Keep service shop clean and organized.
• Assist in maintenance and cleanliness of common areas.
• Maintain grounds and exteriors including snow removal.

Education
