LR Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join Michigan's fastest growing property management team. You will perform apartment maintenance, respond to service requests, and help maintain common areas with carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks.

The role requires 1-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, with a flexible, weekend-ready schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Applicants must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in.
• Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments.
• Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conducting move in/move out inspections.
• Maintaining inventory levels for parts.
• Ensuring the service shop is clean and organized.
• Assisting in maintenance of common areas and exterior grounds.
• Snow removal as needed.
• Adhering to fair housing policies.
