InterSolutions, LLC is hiring skilled Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multiple immediate openings across apartment communities in Henderson, NV. We seek motivated, reliable, hands-on professionals for full-time and part-time roles, with pay rates between $20 and $21 per hour.

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will handle service requests, perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, maintain turnover, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance repair knowledge across multiple areas.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing turnover.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including: wiring, fixtures, appliances, toilets, sinks, doors, drywall, and caulking.
• Handle bulk trash removal and drain/sewer maintenance as needed.

Pay Rate: $20 - $21/hr

InterSolutions is hiring skilled Apartment Maintenance Technicians for multiple immediate openings across apartment communities. We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hands-on professionals who are ready to support day-to-day maintenance needs in both full-time and part-time roles.

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you ll be responsible for handling service requests and maintaining the overall functionality of the community under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor or property manager.

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing the turnover process
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including:
  • Repairing electrical circuits, switches, and breakers
  • Servicing and installing light fixtures and appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)
  • Fixing and replacing toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulking
  • Handling minor carpentry repairs, including doors, window screens, and blinds
  • Painting and drywall repair as needed
  • Removing bulk trash, including discarded appliances
  • Clearing drains and sewer lines (up to 4')

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC Certification is a plus
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using ladders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work weekends as required
