Founders Property Management is seeking a Service Technician for The Place At Wickertree, Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, on-site role supports readiness of apartment homes, handles routine maintenance, and ensures everything is in good condition for tenants.

The technician will work with a team, handle after-hours on-call, and contribute to safety and quality. You should have prior maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting schedules for

• High School or better.

Responsibilities

• Maintains market-ready apartment homes and walks units daily.
• Performs general maintenance incl. painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC.
• Repairs appliances and fixtures and ensures safety and quality before turnover.
• Keeps accurate records of preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and be on-call.
