Park Properties Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Coves at Monticello, VA.

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property's appearance both inside and out. Responsibilities include running work orders (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), appliance repairs, exterior maintenance, and responding to after-hours emergencies, which requires being on-call.

Skill Set

• Ability to use power tools
• Effective communication skills (written follow-up, explaining solutions to residents, etc.)
• Organization (tracking work orders and keys)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work orders and emergencies
• Computer proficiency

Previous Job Experience

• Contractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general, painters, etc.)

Education

• High school diploma required

This is a full-time position with regular hours and benefits, including health insurance and personal leave. No experience is required as training will be provided. Our team participates in 'The Park Academy' training and mentorship program to develop skills and attributes for success.
