What You'll Do: Focus on fixing items in occupied apartments, property upkeep, preventative maintenance, handling household repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, daily checklists, emergencies, and more. Be on our emergency on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
What It Takes: Quick learners who take pride in their work, work solo or in teams, and enjoy variety. Patience, respect for residents' belongings and privacy, and excellent customer service skills are essential. Previous experience in trades or facilities roles is beneficial. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Work Locations & Schedule: Four locations in Madison West/Middleton and campus areas. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on-call rotation.

Application Process: Applications required. Initial 15-minute phone screening, followed by multiple interviews. We hire for the long term. Full-time technicians may receive a sign-on & retention bonus, paid in installments at 3 and 6 months.
Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
