Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Service Technician to assist the Service Supervisor in maintaining community facilities and grounds so they are safe and visually appealing for residents and prospective residents.

You will perform repairs in vacant apartments, assist with projects, complete service requests and preventive maintenance, and participate in on-call duties. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides service to residents in a prompt and professional manner.
• Provides repair work on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner.
• Completes preventive maintenance checklist.
• Performs on-call duty for emergency or when assigned.
• Interior painting of buildings and amenities.
