HIRING - APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (EPA Certification required) to join our team in Omaha! This hands-on role involves make-readies, work-orders, groundskeeping, and shared on-call duties.

Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

We’re looking for a handy hero who can handle AC issues, leaky pipes, flickering lights, and more. If you love fixing things, maintaining spaces, and being the go-to person for community upkeep, this job is for you!

SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5 PM, on-call 1 week every 5th week (at one property only).

PAY: $23-25/hour (full-time).

Bonuses: $750 quarterly based on performance, $100 weekly for on-call duties, plus emergency call pay. Potential for over $3,000 in annual bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders promptly
• Make-ready units between tenants
• Painting and staining interior/exterior
• Implement preventative maintenance
• Exterior repairs as needed
• Manage emergency cell coverage
• Snow removal and pool maintenance (if applicable)
• Work across Pacific Winds and West Haven communities
• Housing inspection experience is a plus

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years in maintenance, 6+ months in apartment maintenance
• Drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills
• Appliance repair, HVAC, boiler, water heater knowledge
• Problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic safety training or willingness to undergo training within 30 days
