We seek a genuine, motivated, and driven team member to join our Apartment Living team as a Maintenance Technician.

What You'll Do
  1. Complete inspections, work orders, turns, and tasks across technical areas per policies, ensuring high customer service standards.
  2. Solve routine and some complex problems, assisting in all technical areas as needed.
  3. Notify the Service Manager of parts or supplies needed for work orders or tasks.
  4. Participate in on-call schedules, respond to emergency calls, and document work accordingly.
  5. Maintain current certifications and complete required training.
  6. Coordinate with contractors and vendors as instructed.
  7. Maintain accurate time sheets.
  8. Communicate with the Leasing Office and Service Manager regarding community or resident concerns.
  9. Keep the community and work areas clean, neat, and safe.
  10. Represent the company professionally, adhering to dress codes.
  11. Maintain community equipment and vehicles per standards.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience, or trade school certification with 1 year of experience.
  • EPA 608 Type I & II certification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, and related technical areas.
  • Ability to use smart devices and organizational tracking systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
