Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Indianapolis, IN area.

An Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for make readies, turns, work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and a variety of maintenance tasks, including grounds cleanup, at our communities. (NO ON CALL!)

Excellent customer service experience is required, and candidates must have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of satisfaction at all times.
