Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled handyman with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, appliance care, and HVAC maintenance. Own your set of tools and reliable transportation is required. Key Responsibilities

1. Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting.
2. Troubleshoot and repair appliances to ensure functionality and customer satisfaction.
3. Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule.
4. Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community.
5. Collaborate with property management and team members to address maintenance needs.
6. Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and safety of property grounds.

Preferred Certifications

HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications are a plus.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of handyman/maintenance experience.
2. Own a basic set of hand tools.
3. Reliable transportation to and from the property.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
