Job Description

• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, appliance care, and HVAC maintenance. You must have your own set of tools and reliable transportation. If you’re a dependable, skilled handyman seeking a stable role with a consistent workweek, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances to ensure functionality and resident satisfaction.
• Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community.
• Collaborate with property management and team members to address maintenance needs.

Certifications: HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications are a plus.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience.
• Own a set of basic hand tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Perform groundskeeping duties to maintain property appearance and safety.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and independent work.
