Looking for a steady, hands-on job where your skills are valued?
We’re hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our 388-unit apartment community running smoothly. If you like fixing things, solving problems, and helping people feel at home – we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Get:

$21–$23/hr based on experience

Quarterly bonuses – earn up to $3,000/year

On-call bonus – earn up to $2,000/year

401(k) with 3% match
