Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancies
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in property grounds maintenance
• Participate in a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Knowledge of appliances including washers and dryers
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
