Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Johnson City, TN 37601 area.

An Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for make-readies, turns, work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and various maintenance tasks, including grounds cleanup at our communities. (NO ON-CALL!)

Excellent customer service experience is required, and candidates must have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of satisfaction at all times.
