Job Description

Village Green has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician!

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

1. Timely completion of work orders and special projects
2. Possessing or obtaining HVAC/EPA certification (preferred)
3. Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
4. Apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair/replacement
5. Servicing residents with friendly, customer service-oriented approach
6. Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues
7. Responding to service requests and emergencies promptly, as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager
8. Maintaining the exterior of the property for curb appeal
9. Performing housekeeping duties and snow removal during winter months
10. Maintaining pools, spas, and pool areas, if applicable

Pay: Up to $25/hr plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge
• Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
• Certifications and licenses in plumbing, contracting, or building trades are a plus
• Availability for on-call duties and flexibility to work weekends when necessary
