Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Columbus, OH. The role is a permanent onsite position with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule plus rotating on-call duties about every four weeks.

You will perform apartment maintenance, turnovers, and preventive tasks across multiple communities, handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs while maintaining property appearance and coordinating with residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment or building maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• Own basic maintenance hand tools.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
