Hayman Company in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Westchase Apartments. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, organized, energetic, self-driven, and transparent, capable of prioritizing and completing work orders and preparing units for rent.

You will perform preventive maintenance, manage inventory, and supervise contractors while addressing service requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (2 years) in a technician position in apartment industry.
• Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks.

Responsibilities
