Job summary

Quantum Leap Property Management in San Antonio seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs across our apartment communities. The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience and can deliver preventative maintenance to keep residents safe and satisfied.

HVAC certification is required, CPO certification preferred. The role requires on-call availability, strong safety know-how, and precise records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year general maintenance tech experience.
• HVAC certification is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Conduct routine inspections of apartment units and community spaces
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Reports supply needs to Lead Maintenance and/or Community Manager and maintain shop organization
• Ability to be on call for after-hours emergencies

The Position:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our San Antonio Apartment communities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of maintenance tech experience and be proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role is responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
