We’re looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in general apartment maintenance and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems
• Capable of handling snow removal and basic carpentry tasks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Must hold a valid NJ driver’s license and have reliable vehicle access
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the field
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services
