AMLI Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician at AMLI North Point, a luxury apartment community in Alpharetta.

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.

Essential Functions

1. Perform general and higher-level maintenance services including plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, carpentry, appliance repairs, and glass replacement. Also, handle appliance replacement, HVAC, and plumbing component repairs and replacements.
2. Respond promptly to resident service requests, notify management upon completion, and assist residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing, following AMLI 10 Service Standards.
3. Be available to work rotating shifts, including on-call, weekends, and nights.
4. Maintain pools, fountains, hot tubs, and other amenity areas; ensure safety equipment is operational and records are maintained.
5. Conduct 17-minute inspections as required, participate in preventative maintenance, and report unusual circumstances.
6. Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean; maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
7. Perform routine maintenance on vacant units and groundskeeping duties to meet AMLI standards.
