Position: Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are seeking to hire a skilledRoving Maintenance Technician based in North Dallas, Texas, to support multiple apartment communities across the region.

Your role is to provide general property maintenance and repair services across a portfolio of communities while delivering excellent customer service to our residents and onsite teams.

Competitive Compensation: $22 - $24 per hour (commensurate with experience)

What You Will Do:

• Travel between assigned properties to support maintenance operations as needed
• Complete work orders involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general upkeep
• Diagnose and repair heating/cooling systems and components
• Prepare apartments for new residents by completing thorough make-readies
• Assist with grounds maintenance and curb appeal when necessary
• Communicate effectively with property teams and residents
• Serve on the emergency on-call rotation and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests
• Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment across properties

What You Will Bring:

Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of hands-on maintenance or make-ready experience in multifamily housing, with the following qualifications:
