Job summary

Metes & Bounds is seeking a part-time maintenance technician in Minnesota. The role involves refurbishing apartments before occupancy and delivering maintenance services, including painting, carpentry, and light extermination.

You will provide and use your own basic tools and join an on-call rotation with weekend duties as required. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, can communicate effectively in English, and has basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Boiler license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Provide maintenance services including general repairs, painting, and carpentry.
• Perform limited extermination services.
• Use and maintain your own basic tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation and weekend work as needed.
