Job summary

Metes and Bounds is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Minnesota (Wayzata/Plymouth). You’ll handle refurbishments and routine maintenance to prepare units for occupancy, with a focus on reliability and hands-on problem solving.

Location

Locations: Wayzata and Plymouth, Minnesota

Pay & Hours

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, some weekends as needed, on-call

Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy, providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.

Qualifications

We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. You must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a thorough background check. You will be required to obtain your Boilers license within 90 days of employment. We will pay for the boilers license exam and study material for you.
