Job summary

Bohemia Flats Apartments in New Prague and Jordan, MN, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This part-time role offers 20-30 hours per week with on-call emergency maintenance as needed.

• 3-4 years of maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including plumbing, appliances, HVAC repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairs.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Lawncare and shoveling/salting in winter as needed.
• Additional responsibilities as directed.
