Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Fulshear, TX. The role focuses on skilled maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, with emphasis on timely turnover and safe, high-quality service to residents.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring preventive maintenance, inventory upkeep, and adherence to safety rules while supporting a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance.
• Capable of maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.
• Ability to perform turnover maintenance and common area upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and follow turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: cleaning, trash, sweeping, mopping, pressure washing and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters and related issues.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance program for assigned area.
• Ensure safety of equipment and structures; maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Keep work area clean and inventory updated with new tools.
