Qualifications

• Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee turnovers and inspect/repair units to move-in ready.
• Maintain curb appeal via landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in maintenance activities.
• Additional duties as required.
