Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred.
• General repair knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance service requests promptly and professionally.
• Complete general repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Inspect apartment homes, amenities, and common areas for maintenance needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Assist with apartment turns, make-ready work, repairs, cleaning, and quality checks.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized work areas and tools.
