Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician II to perform a range of repair tasks across the apartment community. The role supports the Service Manager and helps ensure timely completion of service requests while contributing to preventive maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience and hold an AC certification Type II or Universal, with a valid driver's license and flexible availability for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
