Job summary

Highmark Residential in Las Villas De Kino is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across our apartment community. You will support the Service Manager and help manage maintenance programs with a focus on timely service requests and preventive care.

Ideal candidates have apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and a collaborative, proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
