Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at the Paces Pointe apartment community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, supporting the Service Manager and maintaining a safe, comfortable home for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, hold an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, possess a valid driver's license, and are willing to work a flexible schedule including on-call

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assist with resident functions
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
