Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Tuscan Isle community in Naples, FL. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties and support the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements include at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule with on-call duties. We offer competitive pay and benefits tied to performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventive maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
