Highmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician I to handle carpentry, electrical, painting & plumbing duties at the Lake Pleasant Village community in the Phoenix area. You will install, repair, and rekey locks and ensure timely completion of service requests while supporting the community preservation plan.

Qualifications

• Make-ready and apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Comfortable with carpentry, electrical, painting and plumbing tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards
