MAA Milepost 35 in Denver is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair across our communities. You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and door hardware to keep homes in top condition.

The role requires 1–3 years in multifamily property upkeep, HVAC experience, EPA Type II/Universal certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.

Aufgaben

• Perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and facilities in good order.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units, electrical outlets and light fixtures.
• Address plumbing, carpentry, and locks; follow preventative maintenance schedules.
