Job summary

NM Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our apartment community in Broadview Heights, Ohio. The Maintenance Technician will ensure all physical aspects of the property meet company standards and comply with laws, troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall.

Responsibilities include responding to resident work orders, preparing vacant units, and maintaining exterior grounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall.
• Respond to resident work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain exterior grounds, including seasonal pool maintenance.
• Conduct property walk-throughs to identify issues.
• Perform on-call duties for emergencies.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
