Job summary

Highlands-Vista-Group-Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lincoln, NE, to support Waterbrook properties. This full-time position focuses on maintaining equipment, systems, and facilities, while delivering reliable service to residents and staff.

The role requires basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, with at least 1 year in apartment maintenance, strong independence, and multitasking abilities. CMMS experience is a plus and teamwork across departments is expected.

Qualifications

1 year or more of apartment maintenance experience.
HVAC experience is preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and property structures.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance concerns.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Fabricate and install components to maintain property standards.
Maintain maintenance records using CMMS.
Assist with snow removal and seasonal upkeep.
Collaborate with management to ensure efficiency.
Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
Perform other duties as needed.
